Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver recommendations
• Experience guiding analytics projects through the full lifecycle: intake, discovery, analysis, solution development, and implementation
• Progressive analytics experience in BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, defining problems and opportunities.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake to delivery of outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and key drivers.
• Design metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive and operational audiences.
• Influence decisions by providing insights that drive growth and efficiency.
