Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
• Experience serving as a consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders.
• Experience leading analytics projects through the full analytics lifecycle.
• Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy or sales analytics.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders; define problems and opportunities.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of outcomes.
