You will lead analytics engagements, develop meaningful metrics and dashboards, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, shaping strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics engagements from intake to delivery.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, or related fields.
• Strong SQL, reporting/visualization, and analytical methods.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
