Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Operations Research, or related field
• 5 years of relevant, progressive experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent
• Strong technical skills with large and complex databases and familiarity with mainframe, PC and Internet-based technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Objects, Cognos, and Enterprise Guide

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation and provide analytic support.
• Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects.
• Define issues and approaches for studies; develop new methods of analysis and reporting.
• Model data sources, define policies and security for knowledge delivery.
• Interpret data and prepare written reports or presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Lead creation of programs using SAS, SQL and related tools.
