Job summary
Elastic seeks a Strategic Account Executive to own a selective portfolio of globally strategic AI-native customers, engaging founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to align on AI initiatives and scalable deployment of the Elastic Search AI Platform.
You will drive complex enterprise sales cycles, build long-term account plans, collaborate across product, engineering, and success teams, and influence product strategy with customer feedback while achieving predictable revenue and expanding the
Qualifications
- Experience selling to AI-native organizations and large strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota on complex enterprise sales.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- Ability to influence product strategy with customer feedback.
- Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive account strategies and long-term plans.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to closure.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Success teams.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
- Drive sell-with partnerships with cloud providers and ecosystem partners.
