Job summary

Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services seeks a Sr. Account Executive to own and grow strategic client relationships with commercial clients. You will drive long-term plans, identify upsell opportunities, and lead renewal discussions to meet retention targets.

The role requires strong relationship skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include guiding a cross-functional account team, delivering quarterly business reviews, and traveling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
Experience working with consultants and managing client relationships.
Proven ability to develop and monitor client-specific strategic plans and conduct business reviews.

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen client relationships and ensure satisfaction levels are met.
Responsible for client renewals, upsells and expansions and for meeting client retention targets.
Direct activities of internal Account Management team and extended team members as related to client strategic objectives and escalated service issues.
Special projects and task forces as assigned.
