Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to help customers find the dream mattress and improve sleep quality. You will steer store sales, deliver an outstanding in-store experience, and act as a trusted sleep advisor.

Formación

• Able to drive sales performance and KPIs.
• Experience coaching sales teams and conducting performance reviews.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales goals for self and team and monitor KPIs.
• Coach staff in sales, product knowledge, and operations; conduct reviews and development plans.
• Create an customer-centric environment and exceptional in-store experience.
• Coordinate with field teams to address concerns and questions.
• Assist in multi-store staffing, interviews and hiring.
• Develop skills via training and company-led activities.
• Run workforce management: staffing schedules and punches reconciliation.
• Meet or exceed store financial targets through service and execution.
• Ensure merchandising, marketing and POP standards are followed.
• Enforce policies and state regulations; support social media plans with marketing.
• Lift or move 50+ pounds.
