Qualifications

• Five years minimum of related experience.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance, and an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and report generation.
• Achieve store revenue goals and manage labor and expenses.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Analyze store performance and advise on sales/production strategies.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; participate in interviews as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and merchandised appearance per policy.
