Job summary

Infinidat is seeking a technically adept professional Services/solutions engineer to lead presales evaluations, customer onboarding, and on-site troubleshooting across storage platforms. You will manage lab environments, perform acceptance testing, and act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering.

With 5+ years in enterprise storage and strong Linux/Windows experience, you will explain complex issues clearly, run compelling demos, and support deployments across global enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical role spanning solutions engineering, field applications engineering, professional services, or technical support.
• Hands-on storage experience with block/NAS, replication, and host connectivity via FC or iSCSI.
• Proficient Linux (RHEL/Rocky/Ubuntu) and Windows Server in storage contexts; familiarity with AIX/Solaris/ESX or Hyper‑V is a plus.
• Ability to read Python tracebacks and log files to diagnose failures without writing production code.
• Experience delivering presales demos or POC evaluations as the primary technical resource.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales technical evaluations and demonstrations for the portfolio; articulate architecture and answer challenging questions.
• Own customer onboarding and initial installation across the portfolio.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting in customer environments, including on-site engagement when needed.
• Serve as the technical escalation point between customers and engineering.
• Maintain lab environments, execute acceptance tests, and validate release candidates.
