Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Storage Administrator to join the Server and Storage Operations team within Enterprise Infrastructure. You will support enterprise storage, backup, and data protection platforms, resolve complex incidents, and ensure reliability of critical technology services.

The role involves monitoring backup and recovery operations, provisioning and migrating storage, and collaborating with global teams across Fidelity to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage, backup, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with SAN and NAS storage and data protection technologies.
• Familiarity with IBM storage systems, Infinidat, NetApp, or similar.
• Experience with backup/recovery solutions such as Commvault.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and root cause analysis.
• Experience storage provisioning, decommissioning, migration, and DR support.
• Knowledge of SAN switch administration and storage connectivity.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Familiarity with VMware/OLVM; Windows infra experience preferred.
• Linux administration experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure or monitoring tools and cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment.
