Qualifications

• 10-15+ years IT experience across technologies.
• 5-10 years in server and storage infrastructure.
• Expertise in object, block and file storage protocols.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for integrating on-prem storage with cloud services.
• Oversee Block, File, Object and Backup/Recovery products in an enterprise.
• Implement automated tiering policies to optimize costs and performance.
• Manage a global team of 50+ storage engineers.
