Qualifications

• 10–15+ years IT experience across storage and server infrastructure
• 5–10 years in enterprise storage environments
• Expertise with Object/Block/File storage protocols and backup/recovery products
• Experience migrating large data sets to software-defined storage
• Strong network storage performance understanding
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code in storage context

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmap for integrating on-premises storage with cloud services
• Oversee Block, File, Object and Backup/Recovery products in an enterprise environment
• Implement automated tiering policies to optimize costs while maintaining performance
• Architect low-latency storage for mission-critical databases and scalable file systems
• Provide crisis and problem management for enterprise environments
• Offer cost and efficiency models for storage consumption
• Lead a global team of 50+ storage/engineering professionals
• Interact with technology partners and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure data protection, encryption, and regulatory compliance across hybrid environments
