Fidelity Investments seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support stability across testing environments and production operations. You will coordinate incident triage, partner with IT and business leaders, and drive automation initiatives to reduce toil and improve reliability.

The role requires 6+ years in production environments, strong monitoring tools experience, and expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Onsite role with collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a sophisticated production environment, on-prem and cloud.
• Experience with mainframe tools (COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ) and writing COBOL/Native stored procedures.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, ELK).
• Strong CI/CD knowledge (Github, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, uDeploy).
• Hands-on experience with Unix scripting, Python or related languages; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Lead environment stability and coordinate incident triage within managed environments.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, Squads and Leadership to align priorities.
• Support testing teams across multiple test environments and drive to rapid resolution.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices for stability and automation.
