Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• 7+ years in SAN/NAS Storage Administration and Engineering.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAN/NAS/Object Storage environments.
• Experience with NetApp, Cisco MDS, and cloud storage.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise data storage systems with BCDR.
• Design, deploy, and administer secure storage infrastructure.
• Manage storage deployment, configuration, and performance.
• Collaborate with client management, project teams, and vendors.
• Implement storage solutions addressing business needs.
• Provide customer support to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Plan, evaluate, and enhance hardware, software, and storage systems.
• Conduct proofs-of-concept tests and generate completion reports.
• Configure data protection, disaster recovery, and data migration strategies.
• Deploy storage tools and integrate third-party solutions with NetApp and Pure SAN/NAS.
• Analyze security events, logs, and performance issues.
• Mitigate security threats and technical risks.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and change management plans.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions.
