Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional storage engineering experience.
• 7+ years SAN/NAS administration in a data center.
• NetApp storage systems, Cisco MDS switches, and cloud storage (AWS/Azure) familiarity.
• Public Trust background check and DMV-area on-site work eligibility.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise data storage systems with BCDR.
• Design, deploy, and administer secure storage infrastructure.
• Manage storage deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and vendors.
• Implement data protection, DR, and data migration strategies.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and weekend maintenance.
• Produce technical documentation, SOPs, and training.
