Qualifications

• Must pass/hold a federal Public Trust Investigation.
• Full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• 6+ years in a storage engineer role.
• Deep knowledge of Dell Blade switching and Firewall Management for Virtual Infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Review existing operational events and propose refinements, automation, and broader handling to improve uptime and performance.
• Interact with client Enterprise Operations, Cybersecurity, networking, and cloud teams for troubleshooting and solution development.
• Identify and report on vulnerability/risk state of client Virtual Server and Container hosting architecture.
• Assist in developing and performing quality control checks for service uptime and operations.
• Assist in developing operational metrics for service uptime and operations.
