Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an experienced stone-industry sales professional who understands both the customer side and the production side of countertop projects. The right candidate will discuss slabs, layouts, seams, and installation challenges with ease to align design, budget, and performance.

You will consult on materials, build precise quotes, drive sales, and ensure a smooth handoff through fabrication and installation while maintaining showroom excellence and margins.

Qualifications

• Background in stone countertops sales, fabrication or installation.
• Strong knowledge of natural-stone categories and engineered quartz.
• Fluent in countertop fabrication and installation language and able to communicate with shop/field teams.
• Professional communication, follow-through, organization, urgency, and ability to work independently.
• Experience with quoting and job-management software; SlabWare appreciated.
• Industry experience, reliability, leadership and customer skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on quartzite, marble, granite, natural stone, and quartz to match design, budget, and performance.
• Build quotes, follow up, close sales, and own the customer relationship through completion.
• Translate customer requests into fabrication and installation requirements and catch scope issues.
• Coordinate measuring, fabrication, installation, scheduling, and management so projects move through production.
• Maintain showroom and customer experience while protecting margins, standards, and company policies.
