Stone Countertop Outlet in Superior, WI is seeking a friendly Stone Sales Specialist to guide customers through the stone selection process, provide product recommendations, prepare sales proposals, and deliver an exceptional showroom experience from start to finish.

This full-time, in-person role offers pay of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, regular hours, and benefits. You’ll assist customers, upsell add-ons, maintain an inviting showroom, and work with the team to meet sales goals.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

• Ability to read construction plans or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the ideal stone surfaces for their projects
• Provide expert guidance throughout the showroom experience
• Prepare sales proposals and quotes
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
• Identify upselling and add-on opportunities that add value for customers
• Support showroom operations, including receptionist duties when needed
• Help maintain an attractive and welcoming showroom environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

Stone Countertop Outlet is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stone Sales Specialist in our Superior, WI showroom. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for sales, and love helping customers bring their home improvement projects to life, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll guide customers through the stone selection process, provide product recommendations, prepare sales proposals, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every Third Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Every Third Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Hours may vary based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and related skills. The final compensation offered may vary based on individual factors and business needs.
