You will consult on materials, build precise quotes, drive sales, and ensure a smooth handoff through fabrication and installation while maintaining showroom excellence and margins.

Qualifications

• Background in stone countertops sales, fabrication or installation.
• Strong knowledge of natural-stone categories and engineered quartz.
• Fluent in countertop fabrication and installation language and able to communicate with shop/field teams.
• Professional communication, follow-through, organization, urgency, and ability to work independently.
• Experience with quoting and job-management software; SlabWare appreciated.
• Industry experience, reliability, leadership and customer skills are valued.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced stone-industry sales professional who understands both the customer side and the production side of a countertop project. The right person should be able to walk into a conversation about a slab, a layout, a seam, or an installation challenge and immediately understand what is being discussed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on quartzite, marble, granite, natural stone, and quartz; help match material to design, budget, and performance expectations.
• Build accurate quotes, maintain professional follow-up, close sales, and stay accountable for the customer relationship through completion.
• Translate customer requests into clear fabrication and installation requirements and catch obvious scope issues before they become field problems.
• Coordinate intelligently with measuring, fabrication, installation, scheduling, and management so sold projects move cleanly through production.
• Maintain a polished showroom and customer experience while protecting margins, expectations, and HGR standards.

Qualifications

• A proven background in stone, countertops, slab sales, fabrication, installation, kitchen-and-bath, or a closely related trade.
• Strong knowledge of natural-stone categories and engineered quartz, including practical differences that matter to a customer and fabricator.
• Fluent in countertop fabrication and installation language; able to communicate with the shop and field team without needing the basics translated.
• Professional communication, strong follow-through, organization, urgency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with quoting and job-management software; experience with SlabWare or a comparable system is a plus.
