Qualifikationen

• Maintain clinical competence in surgical patient care and telemetry.
• Assess and interpret diagnostic data to develop an interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Administer medications and manage IV/epidural therapies as ordered.
• Provide patient and family teaching on treatments and procedures.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and documentation per policy.
