Qualifikationen

• Current FL Nursing License required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• If in cost center NURSING- 6 DE HMT SOUTH, RN must obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certificate within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Successfully challenges EKG I test upon hire or completes EKG I program within 90 days.
• Interprets life-threatening dysrhythmias and initiates appropriate treatment.
• Demonstrates safe and correct defibrillation and administers anti-dysrhythmic therapy as ordered.
• Performs comprehensive admission assessments and develops interdisciplinary care plans within eight hours of admission.
• Maintains ACLS status and participates in rotation of assignments and patient care.
