Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant steel erection/project management experience.
• Ability to own delivery with limited supervision and oversee site teams.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, change orders and commercial decisions.
• Ability to manage complex projects and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects, schedules and overall delivery.
• Lead workforce planning and site teams.
• Manage superintendents, general foremen and field crews.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, change orders and pricing.
• Manage safety, quality and performance.
• Coordinate with leadership and site operations.
