Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager - Steel Erection to oversee structural steel erection and fabrication projects from inception through closeout across two locations, delivering profitability, safety, and client satisfaction while coordinating with field operations and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial construction PM experience, a four-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or relevant experience), and proficiency with Bluebeam, OST, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and contract documents
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects concurrently
• Review blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate daily with field operations teams and clients
• Prepare procurement documents and subcontracts
• Track and update projects in project management software
• Lead progress meetings with clients and operations leadership
• Support project billing and cost administration
