Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial structural and non-building steel projects from contract award through fabrication, erection and closeout.

You will own complex steel projects with accountability for budgets, schedules, quality and safe delivery, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating across teams. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling experience with cost control.
• Effective communication with clients, shop teams, and field leadership.
• Familiarity with AISC requirements and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects including budgets, schedules, quality and safe delivery.
• Coordinate detailing, material orders, fabrication releases and erection sequences.
• Manage RFIs, drawing revisions and change orders to protect margins.
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve issues and maintain safety.
• Mentor assistant project managers and support their development.
• Complete project closeouts with cost reconciliation and lessons learned.
