Novax Recruitment Ltd seeks a Project Manager - Steel Erection to lead multiple steel erection and fabrication projects across nationwide sites. You will review drawings, coordinate with field ops, suppliers, and clients to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience reading construction plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.
• Experience coordinating with field operations and clients to meet schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple steel erection and fabrication projects from inception through closeout.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinate daily with field operations, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Track and report progress and financial projections.
• Lead meetings with clients and operations leadership.
