Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in structural steel.
• Proven experience delivering substantial structural steel projects in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing projects from ~250 to 10,000 tons.
• Strong lifecycle understanding: preconstruction, detailing, procurement, fabrication, delivery, erection.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel for reviews, markups, cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, schedules, costs and overall delivery of multiple projects.
• Coordinate detailing, connection design, procurement, fabrication and erection activities.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, change orders and client relationships.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate drawings approvals, revisions, fabrication schedules and delivery sequences.
• Maintain project trackers, cost reports and schedules.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers and senior management.
• Support delivery of large-scale structural steel projects.
