M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Operations Engineer to oversee and maintain stationary equipment across a mission-critical facility. You will ensure safe operation, perform routine inspections, and manage preventive maintenance across boilers, HVAC, pumps and controls.

The role requires strong problem-solving, reading of technical documentation, and clear communication with cross-functional teams. Multiple shifts are available with a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Citizenship and security eligibility for access to classified information.
• Experience operating central utility plants and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and monitor boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, and other stationary equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
• Read blueprints and schematics; ensure safety and compliance.
• Document inspections and maintenance; maintain records in CMMS.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
