Facility Services Management, Inc. seeks a Stationary Engineer to ensure reliable operation of boilers, chillers, HVAC and essential building systems in a mission-critical environment.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, perform water testing, manage alarms, and coordinate with a team to support hospital-related facilities, including safety and compliance requirements. Shift will be Wed-Sat 6pm-6am.

Formación

• 4+ years operating and maintaining power boilers or equivalent technical/apprenticeship training.
• Experience with automatic boiler controls and DDBC systems.
• Knowledge of boiler water testing and treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and other critical facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor equipment performance using gauges, meters, and DDBC systems.
• Perform boiler water testing and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to alarms, service calls, and emergency maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with team to keep facility systems at peak performance.
• Provide support for critical hospital systems, including medical gases and emergency power.
