Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a highly skilled facilities maintenance professional to operate, monitor, and maintain critical building systems including boilers, HVAC, and related equipment.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read complex technical documentation. You will collaborate across teams to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance in mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including sequence of operations, technical product literature, programming manuals and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and monitor boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and stationary equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to service calls with documented CMMS entries.
• Diagnose issues, identify causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for stationary equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams for timely resolutions.
• Act as first responder during equipment emergencies and pursue continuous learning.
