Job summary

CCI- Computer Consultants International, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks a State Implementation Manager to lead pilot and system rollout efforts. The candidate will coordinate with Organizational Change Management, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness for go-live. The role requires 11+ years in implementation, change management, leadership, and strong communications, with CST hours and possible onsite as-needed in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 11+ years experience developing and implementing project implementation and communication plans.
• 11+ years experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts.
• 11+ years experience initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication as well as visual presentations.
• Able to perform all work during CST business hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of implementation activities leading up to and during pilot and system rollout.
• Coordinate information between project groups with Organizational Change Management and other project leadership.
• Resolve issues with Project Management Team within required timeframes and recommend policy/procedure changes during implementation.
• Coordinate functional and technical implementation efforts across the project and with DCF stakeholders; facilitate meetings between project teams for go-live readiness.
• Work closely with DDI Vendor to ensure hardware and software readiness and oversee parallel running of systems; ensure Training and communications are completed.
