Job summary

Beacon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Implementation) to oversee the Child Support Modernization Project in Wisconsin. This role offers 90-100% remote work with onsite as needed, and residency requirements for Wisconsin residents or relocation at start.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage pilots and rollout, and ensure readiness of state tasks from UAT to pilot and regional deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing implementation and communication plans.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities leading up to pilot and system rollout.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across teams.
• Oversee transitions from UAT to pilot and from pilot to rollout across regions.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management and Training to ensure readiness.
