The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee activities for pilot and system rollout, coordinating across project groups. You’ll work with Organizational Change Management, Training, and Vendor teams to ensure readiness and successful adoption.

Guiding the transition from UAT to pilot, and from pilot to rollout, you will report on progress and issues, align training, and manage enterprise-wide implementation tasks.

• Experience leading large-scale organizational change, implementation and training.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate functional and technical implementation efforts across the project and with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between project teams to prepare for implementation.
• Work closely with Training Manager, Organizational Change Manager and Vendor to ensure training and communications are complete.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Manager on planning and executing software rollout, training, user provisioning, and issue reporting.
