Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks an Implementation Manager to oversee implementation activities for pilot and system rollout. The role coordinates information across project groups, aligning with the Organizational Change Management Team to ensure readiness for implementation.

The position communicates status and potential issues, coordinating with PM and Training teams, and overseeing acceptance criteria for transitions between UAT, pilot, and rollout stages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional and technical implementation efforts across the project and with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings between project teams to prepare for implementation, coordinating with the Vendor for hardware/software readiness.
• Ensure training, communications, and task plans are properly executed with the Training Manager and Organizational Change Manager.
• Oversee development and maintenance of acceptance criteria for transitions between UAT, pilot, and rollout stages.
