Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of implementation activities leading up to and during pilot and system rollout.
• Coordinate information between project groups with Organizational Change Management and other project leadership.
• Resolve issues with Project Management Team within required timeframes and recommend policy/procedure changes during implementation.
• Coordinate functional and technical implementation efforts across the project and with DCF stakeholders; facilitate meetings between project teams for go-live readiness.
• Work closely with DDI Vendor to ensure hardware and software readiness and oversee parallel running of systems; ensure Training and communications are completed.

• Able to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am - 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)

The State Implementation Manager (Implementation Manager) provides oversight of implementation activities leading up to and during pilot and system rollout and coordinates information between project groups. This manager works closely with the Organizational Change Management Team and other project leadership to make sure DCF is ready for implementation. This position also works closely with the DDI Implementation Manager.

The Implementation manager is responsible for coordinating with the Project Management Team to resolve all issues within required timeframes and recommending appropriate changes to policies and procedures during implementation. This position reports to the Organizational Change Manager and provides updates and reports regularly on the status of implementations and potential issues.

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for coordinating functional and technical implementation efforts across the project and with DCF stakeholders. This position will also coordinate and facilitate meetings between project teams to prepare DCF for implementation. This includes working closely with the DDI Vendor to ensure the proper hardware and software has been provided to sites prior to their scheduled go live date, overseeing plans for simultaneous running of KIDS and the new system and making sure the Organizational Change Manager is informed of all planned implementation tasks. This position will work closely with the State Training Manager and Organizational Change Manager and the DDI Vendor to ensure the proper training has occurred, communications have been completed, and the project teams are informed of all planned implementation tasks.

6/30/2027, with the potential to extend for an additional term(s)
