Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Senior Licensing Director to oversee licensing for US retail and wholesale brokerages, including P&C, Life & Health, and reinsurance. You will coordinate with licensing vendors, manage multi-state applications, and support M&A licensing activities.

Reporting to the US Insurance P&C and Specialty Brokerage Affinity Operations division, you will guide internal teams, ensure accuracy of filings and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and conduct internal educational seminars and training.
• Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, Webex, and ability to learn additional software.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing for US retail and wholesale brokerage, including P&C, L&H, and reinsurance.
• Coordinate with licensing vendors and the National Licensing Center (NLC).
• Manage license applications, renewals, and appointments across 50 states.
• Support MGA and TPA licensing processes.
• Summarize licensing data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance teams on licensing matters.
