• Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex or high-volume roles.
• Source, screen, and interview top talent using advanced techniques.
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure compliance with ATS processes.
• May oversee payroll accuracy and issue resolution.

Client Engagement & Growth

• Serve as primary contact for key clients; strengthen relationships through visits and communication.
• Partner with internal teams to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs.

• Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.

Performance & Leadership

• Meet or exceed weekly goals for recruiting activity, interviews, and fill ratios.
• Act as escalation point for client or candidate issues.

• Ensure seamless onboarding and positive candidate experience.
