Job summary
Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking a Timekeeper/Nursing Staff Scheduler to maintain timekeeping and payroll records and to craft balanced monthly staffing for nursing units in Anchorage. You will approve PTO, manage shift trades, and ensure compliance with labor laws and Providence policies while assisting Staffing Specialists in daily scheduling tasks.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or 1–2 years related experience in timekeeping or payroll.
- 1 year of experience with a complex automated time and attendance system.
- 1 year of experience as Timekeeper or Nursing Staff Scheduler.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and edit timekeeping/payroll records for caregivers.
- Create and maintain nursing unit monthly staff schedules.
- Approve PTO, staff shift trades and extra shifts per labor laws and policies.
- Produce Kronos reports for nursing leadership as requested.
