Unique Industries, a family-owned business with 60+ years in the industry, is hiring a Recruiter for the Blairs, VA office. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for all warehouse operations positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while building pipelines and supporting strategic talent initiatives.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, using ADP Workforce Now, coordinating career fairs, and managing the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Ability to develop candidate pipelines and coordinate partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for warehouse operations positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities and staffing agencies.
• Coordinate career fairs and hiring events.
• Administer ATS and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Support other Unique sites as needed.
