Unique Industries in Blairs, Virginia is seeking a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operations, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will manage sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, coordinate university and staffing agency partnerships, and implement effective recruiting strategies to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of high volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operations positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and build pipelines.
• Coordinate career fairs and university partnerships; manage recruitment advertising.
• Source, screen, interview, and negotiate with candidates; maintain ATS.
• Analyze recruiters metrics and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
