Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking an HR Recruiter Inter to support the full recruitment life cycle for warehouse positions across multiple regions. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, conduct screens, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

This role reports to the HR Recruiting Manager. You will manage prescreenings, document approvals, and maintain records in the HRIS/SharePoint systems, helping to deliver timely offers and onboarding

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Human Resources at an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize and organize effectively in a fast paced, professional environment.
• Ability to communicate and express ideas effectively both in written and oral communications.
• Possess a friendly and positive attitude and is accurate and detail-oriented.
• Project a professional image of yourself and the company.
• Knowledge and ability to use office equipment and software: computer, telephone, copier, fax and calculator, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and interview schedules.
• Support Recruiters in full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and offering candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Initiate the corresponding prescreening processes based on the job requirements (criminal background, drug screen, DOT medical exam, or MVRs).
• Seek and document proper approval for MVR/ Background that return as “consider.”
• Properly adjudicate hiring decision based on MVR / Background results in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Manage/track current job openings within the HRIS system and SharePoint.
• Coordinate drug testing and physicals with potential candidates and HR Coordinator, as required.
• Facilitate a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding through customer service, timely communication; Respond effectively to candidate’s questions and provides important information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, compensation, start date…)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Link job requisitions from HRIS system to our website.
• Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
• Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.
