Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee hospital‑wide scheduling and the fiscal management of staffing resources to ensure safe patient care. You will work with Operations leaders, serve as Kronos SME, train new leaders, and participate in interviewing, onboarding and performance evaluations.

Additionally you’ll handle payroll edits, licensure renewals, and credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of staffing or healthcare operations experience required.
• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Kronos and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with onboarding and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital-wide staffing resources with oversight for safe patient care.
• Serve as Kronos SME and train leaders and staff.
• Maintain Kronos schedules and payroll edits.
• Oversee agency credentialing and staff onboarding.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff engagement and retention improvements.
• Manage office supply ordering and purchasing relations.
• Verify nursing licensure renewals.
