• Proficiency in Kronos and MS Office; strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate staffing schedules in Kronos; maintain daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Maintain core staffing levels and report to nursing leadership and operations.
• Identify scheduling gaps and coordinate replacements for shifts.
• Manage time-off requests and agency RN scheduling when needed.
• Lead Resource Coordinator when manager is away from the office.
