Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager (L7) to lead a high-impact internal incubator within Corporate Engineering.

You will bridge internal infrastructure and cutting-edge product engineering, building an agentic platform to architect, deploy, and scale internal AI tools and autonomous agents for thousands of Databricks employees worldwide. You will drive SDLC modernization with GenAI, partner with CIO and senior leaders, and guide a lean team to deliver measurable platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, company-wide technical transformations.
• Proven people management experience overseeing lean teams of TPMs while remaining deeply technical.
• Strong architectural fluency with distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure.
• Experience driving cultural shifts from external procurement to native product building.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic platform.
• Collaborate with CIO, VPs, and cross-functional teams to move tools from concept to Go-To-Market readiness.
• Own metrics, observability, and ROI to drive platform adoption and business value.
• Mentor and scale a team of 3–4 TPMs across distributed systems initiatives.
• Architect systems to turbocharge internal operations and enable new capabilities.
