Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager (L7) to lead a high‑impact internal incubator within Corporate Engineering.

You will bridge internal infrastructure and product engineering, building an agentic application platform to deploy and scale internal AI tools and autonomous digital agents. You will work with the CIO and Corporate Engineering leaders to move tools from concept to GTM readiness, mentor a lean TPM team, and drive cross‑functional programs across thousands of

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, company-wide transformations.
Proven people management experience overseeing lean TPM teams while staying hands-on.
Deep architectural and systems fluency with distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure.
Experience driving cultural change from software procurement to native product building, engineering design, and fit-gap analysis.
Excellent executive presence and communication, aligning VP/C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic platform.
Redefine the AI-augmented SDLC by embedding GenAI into core workflows.
Scale cross-functional initiatives across business units and platform migrations.
Deliver measurable operational leverage by establishing metrics, observability, and ROI.
Mentor and manage an elite TPM team of 3–4 engineers and TPMs.
