Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, company-wide transformations.
• Proven people management experience overseeing lean TPM teams while staying hands-on.
• Deep architectural and systems fluency with distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure.
• Experience driving cultural change from software procurement to native product building, engineering design, and fit-gap analysis.
• Excellent executive presence and communication, aligning VP/C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic platform.
• Redefine the AI-augmented SDLC by embedding GenAI into core workflows.
• Scale cross-functional initiatives across business units and platform migrations.
• Deliver measurable operational leverage by establishing metrics, observability, and ROI.
• Mentor and manage an elite TPM team of 3–4 engineers and TPMs.
