Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility, cross-functional programs at scale. You will partner with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver foundational capabilities globally and define operating models that scale execution across the company.

You will own complex programs, align senior stakeholders, and ensure launches translate into customer adoption and business impact across enterprise customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise software or B2B tech.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product launches across multiple geographies and functions.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Comfort influencing roadmap and prioritization, not just delivery.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Own complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to launch and adoption.
• Cross-Organizational Alignment: Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing around a shared plan.
• Product Launch & Enterprise Adoption: Partner with field teams and customer success to drive launches and adoption.
• Operational Excellence: Design scalable processes and drive adoption across teams.
• Executive Communication: Provide updates to senior leadership with clear risks and decisions.
• Data-Driven Execution: Define success metrics and track progress with data.
