Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager (L7) to lead a high-impact internal incubator within Corporate Engineering. You will bridge internal infrastructure and product engineering, building an agentic application platform to deploy and scale internal AI tools.

You will work closely with CIO, VPs, and cross-functional teams to move concepts to full Go-To-Market readiness. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role with a focus on scalable software architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex transformations within SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or tech environments.
• Proven people management experience overseeing lean TPM teams while remaining technically hands-on.
• Deep architectural and systems fluency in distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic platform.
• Partner with CIO, Corporate Engineering VPs, and cross-functional teams to move tools from concept to GTM readiness.
• Architect systems that improve internal operations and enable scalable, autonomous digital agents.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of 3–4 TPMs and drive execution excellence.
• Define metrics, observability, and ROI to improve platform adoption and business value.
