Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Agentic Platform strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will coordinate across agent runtime, MCP connectors, intelligence layer, evaluation framework, developer experience, and governance.

Your work will drive enterprise-grade, scalable AI applications across GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, and Product teams. You will partner with Application Engineering and CIO office to ensure the platform meets real business needs while scaling with the

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with platform or developer experience.
• Experience building platforms used by other teams and API design opinions.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, agent frameworks, or agentic systems.
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic Platform strategy and roadmap with measurable success criteria.
• Define and drive the agent and runtime with governance and guardrails.
• Build the MCP connector ecosystem for bidirectional integrations.
• Define the intelligence layer with knowledge graphs and context derivation.
• Ship the evaluation and quality framework with CI/CD gates.
• Design a self-service developer experience with templates, SDK, and docs.
• Establish a governance model for platform adoption across tiers.
