IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs across the complete product lifecycle—from early tech development to production ramp and end‑of‑life sunsetting.

You will align engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance to deliver ambitious quantum initiatives. You will shape program strategy, support federal and commercial proposals, drive NPI/NTI execution, manage labor and non‑labor costs, and provide data‑driven analysis at the

Qualifications

Over 15 years of experience leading complex hardware/software programs.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM).
Proven ability to synchronize cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical lifecycle for complex quantum programs.
Build and own integrated master schedule aligning engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Drive NPI/NTI of quantum technologies and ensure manufacturing readiness.
Manage programmatic financials including forecasts and EACs.
Mitigate risks and dependencies; maintain program governance and logs.
Communicate status to executives and customers with dashboards and recommendations.
Mentor junior TPMs to elevate organizational execution.
