Job summary

IonQ, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA, seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs across the full product lifecycle from early technology development to production and customer delivery.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to shape program strategy, drive NPI/NTI, manage labor and non‑labor forecasts, and maintain data‑driven analyses to inform executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex hardware/software programs from R&D through production.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and CAM responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle for quantum programs from maturation to field sustainment.
• Create IMS & synchronize engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality.
• Drive NPI/NTI transitions and manufacturing readiness.
• Forecast labor and non-labor, manage EAC and budget variances.
• Identify risks and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Serve as primary technical interface to executives and customers.
• Establish scalable governance and mentor junior TPMs.
