Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD).
• Experience turning research-grade tech into productized offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware program from definition through launch.
• Define product roadmap and alignment with engineering priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing.
• Ensure readiness of customers and internal users for new generation.
